Stanley has a strong background in real estate investments, having worked on Wall Street for firms like Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup Smith Barney. He is also involved in the healthcare and wellness industry, co-owning Totality Medispa and related businesses with his wife. Stanley holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.

Anatoli Semenoff is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Nautilus Finding Solutions with over two decades of experience in finance and operations. He has held key roles in corporate finance, risk management and operations at major investment banks, including Apollo, Barclays, and Citigroup. He currently serves as fractional CFO and COO for several companies in the healthcare industry.   Anatoli is also experienced in real estate investments and development, having successfully led multiple projects across the U.S. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Fordham Graduate School of Business and a B.S. degree from St. John University.

Chris Williams is the Founder and CEO of Merritt Anderson, Bluewing Materials, and Cane Creek Stone. He has extensive experience in crushed aggregate production, agriculture, and conservation, managing large-scale operations across several states. Chris is recognized for his leadership in conservation efforts and involvement in numerous industry boards. He holds a Business Administration degree from Lyon College and currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.

Austin Williams is the President of Bluewing Materials, where he leads the company’s operations in limestone and sand & gravel production. With a strong background in mining, real estate development, and agriculture, Austin has been pivotal in driving the company’s growth and community impact. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Hannibal-LaGrange University and is actively involved in regional development initiatives through various leadership roles.

Nicholas I. Coder, CFA is a Principal at Two Street Group, a consulting firm specializing in advising and investing in the construction materials industry. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Nicholas has led strategic growth efforts at major companies like Arcosa Inc. and StonePoint Materials, where he played a key role in expanding market presence through acquisitions and Greenfield site developments. He co-founded StonePoint Materials and was instrumental in its growth and eventual sale to Arcosa. Nicholas holds a Master of Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Duke University.
